Pressure Washing Quote Calculator

This contractor pressure washing calculator gives you two ways to estimate a selling price: use a compatible published reference for a ballpark estimate, or enter your own rate to build a customer quote with minimum charges, add-ons, discounts and tax.

Your rate remains your decision. Published pricing references are optional estimates, not required prices; search-demand data is not pricing evidence, and this calculator does not determine what you should charge.

How it works

Local estimates multiply a compatible published unit-rate range by the measured area. Package offers are not scaled to your measurements. Where unit evidence is unavailable, use your own rate.

Measurement-based price = quantity × unit rate. Base service price is the higher of that amount and your minimum charge. Subtotal = base service + add-ons − fixed discount. Tax applies to the full discounted subtotal. Monetary lines are rounded half-up to two decimal places. Subtotal uses rounded lines; tax is rounded on that subtotal and added to it. Currency selection changes the denomination, not an exchange rate. The minimum applies before add-ons and discount, so a discount can lower the final price below the minimum.

This calculator estimates the selling price for the customer; it does not calculate your labour, material or overhead costs. Check the pre-tax selling price in the Pressure Washing Profitability Calculator before finalizing the quote.

Manual quote example

1,000 sq ft × 0.20 = 200. A 250 minimum, 50 add-on and 25 discount give a 275 subtotal. At 5% tax, the quote is 288.75 in your selected currency.

Enter a rate based on your costs, job conditions and local market. No rate here is an industry standard. Check the profitability calculator before finalizing your quote.

Can I use different tax treatment for add-ons?

This tool uses one tax rate for the entire subtotal. For mixed taxable and exempt items, use your invoicing software and applicable local tax rules.
