Calculator inputs

Calculations run locally in your browser. WashCalc does not send calculator inputs to the calculation service. There are no user accounts.

Community submissions

If you choose to share a job price, WashCalculator receives the service, generalized job details, price, optional contact information and optional proof file you submit. Proof files are stored privately for verification and moderation. Do not submit a customer name, address, phone number, email or other personal information. Contributor email is not publicly displayed. Submissions are not automatically published or added to pricing references.

Anonymized verified pricing may be used to improve future pricing references. Community submissions are not sold as customer leads.

Feedback

Feedback is stored separately and may include your message, optional email, optional attachment and limited technical context such as page path, app version, browser user-agent, selected service and market. Calculator amounts, sizes and rates are not automatically attached to feedback.

Optional analytics

Only when you allow analytics, WashCalculator may use Google Analytics to collect pages viewed, general device and browser information, approximate region, interactions with calculators, selected service and market categories, and whether an estimate was available. WashCalculator does not intentionally send quote amounts, rates, job dimensions, submitted pricing values, emails, customer information, proof documents or feedback text to Google Analytics.

With your permission, Microsoft Clarity also records clicks, scrolling and masked page content to help us understand usability. Page text and images are masked before collection. Clarity is disabled on feedback and pricing-submission pages and on URLs containing query strings or fragments. Microsoft processes Clarity data; see Microsoft Clarity terms and Microsoft privacy statement.

Analytics is optional. Before you choose Allow analytics, neither Google Analytics nor Microsoft Clarity loads or transmits analytics data. You can decline or change your choice later using Analytics settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops Clarity, removes analytics cookies that the site can reasonably remove, and reloads the page to unload tracking code. A new choice is requested when the analytics disclosure changes.

Local preferences and hosting

Your selected measurement system and analytics choice are saved in browser local storage. The hosting and submission services may process normal request information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver, secure and rate-limit the site. Advertising, remarketing, Google Signals and User-ID tracking are not configured.
