How it works
Outlet concentration = source concentration × chemical parts ÷ total parts. Enter the actual water and chemical-solution proportion for your configuration. This is a generic two-stream calculation and does not model specific proportioner valves or separate surfactant streams.
Worked example
A 10% pickup solution at 3 parts water to 1 part solution gives 2.5% estimated final SH. Changing the chemical part to 2 gives 4%.
